Perched high above Midtown Manhattan, our Olympic Tower project reimagines the classic pied-à-terre with a dynamic interplay between architecture and skyline. Designed to embrace expansive views of Central Park and the city beyond, the residence centers on a flexible wall system that slides seamlessly to enclose the guest suite or remain open—framing floor-to-ceiling vistas as part of daily living.

Within, the interiors echo the linear rhythm of the urban horizon. Repeated horizontal lines and geometric wall treatments extend the visual dialogue with the skyline, emphasizing the vertical grandeur of neighboring towers. A rich palette of saturated tones, paired with ethereal art installations, injects vitality without overwhelming the serenity of the space.

At the dining area’s core, a sculptural, asymmetrical chandelier floats above, anchoring the room with expressive precision.
